Pellet Mills

Nowadays Population growth has increased the production of agricultural and protein products, so it has become inevitable to turn to new methods of animal husbandry, poultry farming and aquaculture. Therefore, since the beginning of the twentieth century, when livestock and poultry farming appeared on a large industrial and commercial scale, producing and providing suitable feed has always been one of the main concerns of those working in this profession.
Non-uniformity, lack of nutrients, low quality of production and difficult digestion of food for animal were major problems that led to low productivity and higher prices of the final product of breeders.
In the middle of the twentieth century, with the invention of a technology called "Pellet Mill", many changes took place in feed industry. The Pellet Mill machine, actually compresses and shapes the raw materials that enter the machine in powder form, turning them into larger, usually cylindrical, pieces called pellet. That's why these devices are known by this name.
